Our manufacturing and private label services are built around approved samples, documented processes, and production readiness. For this reason, all orders are considered final once sample preparation or production begins.

Sample orders are non-refundable and are provided to assess formulation, packaging, and overall quality prior to bulk manufacturing.

Private label, custom formulation, and wholesale production orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once approval is confirmed or production is initiated.

If an order is received with a verified defect or fulfillment error attributable to us, notification must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved through replacement or corrective action.

Specific regulatory requirements and documentation are addressed during private label and wholesale onboarding.
